Welcome to LetsBe Biz ("we," "us," or "our"), a service provided by LetsBe Solutions LLC. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using LetsBe Biz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Description of Services

LetsBe Biz offers setup, hosting, management, upkeep, and consultancy services for an open-source platform consisting of open-source tools. Our services include providing clients with security services and addressing any issues related to our service.

2. User Information

To use our services, users must provide their names, contact information, business names, and possibly tax ID numbers for payment processing and contracting purposes. We preserve all user data on our secure servers until the client stops using the service. After termination, any user information is promptly removed and purged from our system.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use LetsBe Biz for legitimate business purposes or personal use, excluding any activity related to the sales or facilitation of illicit substances, gambling, or any other illegal purposes.

4. Payment and Billing

Clients use Stripe payment processing for billing. Users are billed monthly according to their subscription, along with an initial setup fee of $100 for the first month. Taxes are calculated and applied during checkout.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We do not currently offer an SLA for LetsBe Biz. All services are provided as-is without any specific service level commitments or guarantees.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients using LetsBe Biz retain all rights to their intellectual property introduced into the service. We host and maintain open-source applications and APIs, and clients are users of these applications. We do not sell or redistribute any individual tool, respecting open-source regulations and the communities that work hard to build these tools.

7. Data Privacy

We respect user data rights and use it solely for payment processing and improving the user experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.

8. Liability and Indemnification

LetsBe Biz is not liable for any violations of terms of service in individual applications hosted through our service by clients. We are not responsible for any illegal content stored or used within LetsBe Biz. Users agree to indemnify LetsBe Biz for any damages resulting from their use of the service.

9. Termination

LetsBe Biz reserves the right to terminate users' access to the service for reasons such as non-compliance with terms of service, failure to pay invoices on time, or any illegal use of the service.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to LetsBe Biz will be resolved through arbitration.

11. Governing Law

The laws of the state of Delaware, United States, apply to LetsBe Biz.

12. Updates to the Terms and Conditions

Users will be informed of any changes to these Terms and Conditions through email-based contact using the email address provided during registration.
